Many are not aware that people living in Cebu are blessed to have such amazing tropical climate in a well-protected island. There has not been an instance where natural calamities such as tornados or tsunamis have struck the island hard in recent years. June usually starts the rainy season due to the southwest monsoon that brings torrential downpours, which makes June perhaps not the perfect month for tourists. November tends to be the wettest season of the year as the humidity increases at this time. While the rains do not last all day, they may make some roads impassable and may make your beach trip a drag. At night, the climate is equally pleasant with a nice cool sea breeze blowing over the island. Cebu’s weather conditions unquestionably make it an ideal spot for vacations.
